Walkthrough
We visit, look at what you have, what you want, and where the wiring is. Existing gear that's worth keeping stays.
Design & quote
A device-by-device plan and one fixed-price quote. Pay in full or over time; the price is the same either way.
Install & configure
We install, segment the network, build the automations, and test every one of them with you in the room.
Handover & support
Documentation, a walkthrough of the app, and an optional support plan. You own the hardware, the accounts, and the notes.

Every project is quoted at a fixed price after the walkthrough. Bigger builds are phased so each phase can be financed.
Starter
One room to whole floor
A hub, the lights and switches that matter, a few sensors, and the automations you'll actually use. Usually a day.
Whole home
Network, cameras, lighting, climate, media
UniFi network and cameras, Shelly behind every switch, climate and energy monitoring, and a media and photo server. Two to four days.
Commercial space
Office, shop, clinic, or rental
Door access, cameras, lighting and HVAC schedules, segmented staff and guest networks, and energy metering. Quoted by phase.
Questions
The things people ask before they book
Do I need a subscription?
No. Everything we install works without one. If an optional extra has a cost, like off-site backup storage, we say so before you approve the quote.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Lights, locks, cameras, and automations keep working. The only thing that pauses is controlling the house from outside it.
I already have Alexa, Google, Apple, or Ring gear. Can you use it?
Usually. Home Assistant connects most of it, so what's worth keeping stays. We'll tell you plainly which devices are worth replacing and why.
How is it secured?
Smart devices sit on their own network, isolated from your computers and phones. No ports are opened to the internet. Remote access goes through a VPN, not a vendor cloud. Default passwords are removed and firmware is kept current. Same rules we apply for our business clients.
Do you do commercial buildings and rentals?
Yes. Smart Space is the commercial side: door access, cameras, occupancy schedules, energy metering, and short-term rental automation. Multi-building and tribal facilities included.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Installs are quoted at a fixed price and can be paid in full or split into payments with Klarna, Afterpay, Sunbit, or Zip. See Financing.
What if you're not around later?
You own the hardware, the accounts, and the documentation. Every platform we use is open or widely supported, so another installer can take over without starting from scratch.
